Padilla is not worth a salary of $250,000.00 Plus $ 50,000.00 worth of benefits. Board members wake up you have a fiduciary responsibility to people of the district. Why isn't Padilla being brought up on charges of code of conduct. It seems like the board condones his affairs.

He has six years of failure time for a change!
