I do not believe that in the final hiring process, manpower needs relative to a budget wasn't discussed? It's a manufactured reality, seemingly irrational acts wouldn't happen unless they worked for someone. Decades of Cloward-Piven is culminating...on a major scale; global shortages, rampant inflation, price controls, border invasions, incessant fearmongering... . Unfortunately, most, imo, have opted for the blue-pill, ignoring the fact that, all too often, the devil wears a suit and tie. Indeed, it's going to get Alot worse.
