(Since he was feeling the same sentiment about his wife and the security clearance's he was pleased that his new recruit had taken the liberty to hone his knowledge about his force and what was needed to be a part of it, it made his job a hell of a lot easier since he had a feeling he was going to have to smooth some ruffled feathers soon. He realized he had been reading Kyrian very well indeed when he watched Haylie walk over and the little interlude that followed.. because it was obvious that Kyr had finally realized that Haylie might be trustworthy, but Braden was definitely not. His eyes moved over to Braden as he realized acutely that his wife's centerfold photos were probably what had sparked the memory of the other man.. though he firmly told himself not to act like a child about it, even though it made him want to do just that.) Alright then, I have the papers here. We can step into the office and get that taken care of. (He watched Haylie with a growing dislike in his eyes for the man that was so blatantly flirting with her.. it was aggravating to him to see her respond to his attentions in the way that she was. He got to his feet despite the look that Remy had given him in warning and walked over to where the girls were, stepping up behind Haylie and putting his arms around her, effectively putting her and the baby in his space as he pressed a kiss to her neck and let his eyes wander over to meet Braden's pointedly. He was just asserting his claim on Haylie.. at least he hadn't just walked over and socked the other man.)
