Well that just says it all. There's a great mind at work someplace out there. Somebody's busy doing their himework. I wish it was our commissions, committees and boards. But at least we know there's one less person crying in their beer around here. It should be printed and mailed to City Hall with a copy to the local papers.

There was a Master Plan drawn many years ago. It seems to have been lost. There were subsequent Master Plans. They seem to have suffered the same fate. Here we have another basis for another Master Plan. Do my taxes pay for all of this? Because if they do it's all fraud. Making one Master Plan after another and never implementing any of them. Somebody's pockets are being stuffed while taxpayers are being stuffed in other ways. Where does it end?

It doesn't seem to me that Archie has anything to do with this part of planning. Just a local person who gives a damn. Unlike most people around here. Kudos to Archie.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I think Master Plans are mandatory for when our government shames us by begging for grants and loans (probably to pay their bar tab). Aren't they supposed to be up to date too?

I'd be very interested to know who does the actual Master Plan, do they get paid, how much, and who actually foots the bill.

Any answers would be appreciated.
