Oh boy! Kids on the streets in hot weather and nothing to do, no place to go, no brains to figure something constructive and drugged out parents. Downing Park at night? BANG! Gangbangin in the streets? Oh yeah! This is going to be one HELL of a summer, compliments of our ELECTED officials and our Bored of Education.

Don't forget to send them your "Thank You" before your block and house are destroyed.
