It has been on my mind all day. Listen to your agent, take the chance and send your proposal to PPPH.

I didn't know how to write those proposals. I forget what the correct term is for them is it a query outline ? I don't remember after all these years.
Even if you were only suppose to send an outline. I still sent the manuscript. I believe that with PPPH, I was only suppose to send them an outline.
