No point having a mod structure if things as simple as a trade period after a draft cant be passed. Look at the last few votes we have done and how much time they have taken to get a majority or all coaches to vote on them - it doesnt happen quickly... We all agreed that passing the rule wouldn't do any harm so we were ok with it - not sure why this then aggrieves you that Mods have too much power?

As mentioned many times I think being a Mod is thankless and the amount of work done by the mods to keep things up and going is over looked. I am more then happy to step down from being a mod or share the workload around - but we get a number of emails per week asking different things which the three of us usually agree on and respond. If we open this up for 14 coaches to vote on every time we get a request we will be inundated with questions/requests and nothing will ever be decided in a timely way.
