She reached up gingerly touching the hair accesory with a smile. She'd stolen it from her older sister years ago and it had sort of become a trademark for her. She wore it every day. Rolling out of bed she'd reach for the hairband and pop it into place. Then on with the rest of her day. So it had been particularly nice that the other girl had mentioned that favorite piece of her outfit.

"I know right?! So cute. Who are you?"

She nodded to the other girl agreeing with herself about her own words. She patted her hair smoothing the mess without actually making it any neater. Here eyes flicking behind the girl and then from side to side before returning her gaze once more.
