Its a simple answer to you simple question, you need your documents to be a qualified TCRG. Without having your documents, you cannot be considered qualified, nor can your write TCRG next to your name so in simple terms for you and your simpleness, you are not qualified. Why do you need to ask the same question multiple times? Just because the answer does not suit you? Because many people have specified what they consider to be qualified on here, you choose not to acknowledge as it does not suit your narrative.

Multiple people do matter. You even pointed out that many people have all come to the same conclusion and answer to your oh so simple question. No paper means you are not qualified. The same answer from multiple people may suggest you might be in the minority and in the wrong here. How do yous till not understand if multiple people are saying the same thing? You are ridiculous.

I have specified, I specified that your argument about memory is ludicrous and further specified that your argument hold contradictions such as holding dancers accountable for great memory but not teachers is contradictory therefore rendering the rest of your argument invalid as it lacks any credibility due to contradictions. Are those specifications clear enough for you?

As someone else mentioned earlier, teachers not having passed their exam also makes a mockery of Irish dance and a mockery of the teachers who have put in the effort to pass. So there is another answer for you as to why they are important.
