Subject: Oh and BTW, Exhibit 5 - that was just me quoting information in documents PUBLICLY AVAILABLE on the Clerk of Court site. The only part that was "opinion" was "Robin announced anyway." But since you did announce, is that really an opinion or actually a fact? Seems factual to me. But I'm no lawyer, so who knows.

Wow! Why don't you identify yourself so you can be a witness? No way to confirm anything you type here since you are anonymous. Such anger! Reveal yourself.Nothing you say can be verified. The owner of a co is not at liberty to disclose the state of negotiations. Perhaps a range of dates were being considered. Dates don't become dates until the contract is signed and perhaps the dates given by the theater had to be coordinated with what a hotel could offer or vice versa. When an owner decides to disclose something is her choice. Does not make it a lie. Timing can vary. Identify yourself and your posts so we can verify all. (NT)No name

    Ask any state ED there that day - she was throwing around potential date ideas out to the room (the idea of dates around NYE were not well received at all!). She definitely didn't say she had dates set and just wasn't announcing yet. Most of what I said can be verified by reading the court docs - that shouldn't be too tough for you. Maybe this is confusing for you, but according to her own attorney's email (Exhibit 4), the dates have been set since October 2023. So if there were a range of dates being considered in January 2024 (as you've suggested), then that makes the statement about the dates being set in October 2023 a lie. So which is it? My identity has nothing to do with information you can find for yourself (court docs) or things she said in a room full of people. (NT)No name
