US Golfers Are Not Opinionated Troublemakers

An alternative location for the discussion of ALL handicap related, indeed any golf related, topics.

This forum has risen phoenix-like from the handicap discussion at http://www.usga.org While the discussions at the USGA are interesting and lively, the forum is heavily moderated by USGA staffers who take exception to certain topics, and to anyone who questions their policies. My pet subject is the refusal of USGA to allow online posting. Also there is no tolerance for off topic subject matter (i.e. non handicap related). While I think the USGA conference is useful, especially for getting the 'official' line, it seems that the more outspoken participants might like another outlet. Well here it is - no rules golf discussion! Of course, let's be gentlemanly and ladylike!
