Divar propped himself up on one elbow as he watched Alkyri return from an adeventure, rolling an egg larger than himself along the sand with quite a bit of difficulty. Diver reached out and gently picked up the egg, eliciting a small snort of disapproval from the petite blue. Divar shrugged at him, only trying to help, and set the egg carefully in a small divet by his sandal. It rested carefully there, and Alkyri meandered back to his spot on Divar's shoe and curled up to nap again, one eye half open watching the large egg, almost wary of it. Dovar's attention, however, was loacted somewhere else.

His dark brown eyes locked on the blue that had just burst forth from Between, slightly awestruck at the sudden appearance. Two flits swooped and dove energetically around the rider as he stopped and inspected what must have been the nest the Alkyri had just pilfered. Divar smirked slightly, his gaze turning back to the crafty little blue, who know looked at him quite innocently. He grinned, but turned around, going to look once more at the drgon and his rider. However, it was a bit too late, and Divar leaned back quickly to avoid being stepped on. He grinned and brought his tan hand up in a short wave, raising up to lean back on both his hands in a sitting position now. His feet splayed out in front of him and he watched the rider's blue charge headlong into the water. Hmm, a swim would be nice. But first, to answer the dragon rider.

"Wonderful day. I think I may join you all for a swim. My name's Divar. Guess you could say I'm a candidate. I came just after Shrineth was flown, so I figured I stay for the Hatching, eh?"

Divar grinned and stood, pulling his short quickly over his head and revealing the two hoof shaped scars on his back. He paid them no heed, sometimes forgetting they were even there. He hitched up his pants and started off towards the water, heading in the same direction as S'kar, intent on at least meeting a few people. If he Impressed, he'd be here forever. If not...well, he had no where else to go, may as well make some friends and see what he could do around here.

"So, what's you and your dragon's name?"

He grinned and looked back at Alkyri, who had sent him an angry tinted picture of the blue and brown flits.

"And your flits, I think Alkyri wants to know."
