There are lots of ways to increase embarrassment.

1) Witnesses - if you have sibling's friends, extended family over, cousins etc.

2) Broadcasting the spanking to all you know- you talk on the phone to relatives about it mention it to all your friends. It becomes one of your stories to all you encounter. My mom was the worst for that it seemed like when one of us got it the whole world knew about it and all the details.

3) Lecture time after they are bared

4) Corner time before and/or after

5) Being slow and deliberate about the baring and spanking itself

As Helen said the worst ones from the spankees perspective are ones where peers are witnessing, or sometimes a tween or teen getting it in front of younger cousins or something.

This is starting to make me think of some of my own ones, decades ago.
