I have attended a lot of locals this year and regularly see contestants on stage wearing something they should not because it doesn’t fit well. This is not about body shaming, it’s about appearance, confidence, and proper wardrobe. For example, Diamond is not a “stick figure” but that girl rocked every fitness competition I saw her in this year because she picked appropriately sized Rebel wear, wears it confidently, and looks like she is enjoying her fitness walk (more inside). All of these candidates need have someone on their side that is honest enough and cares about them doing well to tell them the truth when their wardrobe has flaws.
