Debbie,

Thank you so much for that note. You clearly have really got it together. You are doing just fine, no need for spankings right now, no need for short reminders via short spankings to stay on a good track, and probably--I feel almost for sure-- there will never be a need for that special paddle your mom bought to be use on you, and so that was a purchase she will probably never ever have to use in practice.

Your whole notes about your earlier problems and concerns show an intelligence and maturity that is truly admirable. Just a real treat to see how much you have grown and matured from your first note that I read to this last one. And your mom has been outstanding throughout--sincerely ready to help you to grow and mature, but not a single bit of meanness or short-tempered reactions from her throughout. You are a lucky girl, and your compassion for your friend Laura is a treat to see.

Speaking of Laura, I think we both would love an update from her on how things are going with her. In the last detailed note from her I saw, she got a pretty thorough spanking from her aunt first, and then from her mother. Unlike you, however, reading all of her notes from the start to date, I have to admit I do feel she was, and is, in need of that kind of more frequent discipline. I do feel that Laura has needed and had benefited from the spankings she has gotten.

For her, strict discipline from her mother and aunt have definitely helped her to move forward positively, to do better at school and at home, and--even though we feel for her and agonize with her about the stricter treatment she gets--her continued progress and improvement can be seen to be directly related to the discipline she has and is getting, and continues to get, and that includes her spankings.

And I really do feel that Laura's progress in taking care of her niece, Lena, and even the spankings she in turn had been giving to Lena, help Laura to do better and to understand better why--as with so many young girls like Lena and like Laura herself--there are very real benefit to be received from regular physical discipline, from spankings when needed, are why they are a direct help to so many young girls (and boys) in keeping them on a solid and steady beneficial track.

Let's hope she sees these notes between us and comes back to us with some detailed updates on her situation. I really enjoy both of your notes so much. James
