Even though ours are younger, we do use the same here, not always nude, but always at least bare bottom, and our son also seems to respond very well to it, moreso than his sister.

Have you used corner time when not before or after a spanking, on its own when you want them to settle down if you need quiet for example?

One of my church friends has a son of 11 and he is VERY immature, can be a challenge sometimes
