I have had chat through the years with other Christian parents and the subject of full nudity for discipline had come up often. My belief is with Scripture based punishments thet they should be administered with the culprit stripped fully bare naked. Although i havent found any direct references my slant is that the removal of clothing and punishment fully nude are impoprtant added elements to the childs overall discipline and illustrate humbleness and a concessionary act when they are punished..Im very interested to hear a good cross section on what methods are used by you on the forum, particularly the aspect of clothed, or naked?..Lorna |

Date Posted: 17:29:26 01/14/24 Sun I was wondering what do parents believe is the best implement to use for a spanking? Does it progress with age, do you use same the implement for boys as for girls. Does the implement you decide on depend on the misdemeanor? I have 3 girls and a boy aging varying from 11 to 4. We have 3 spanking implements, a slipper, wooden spoon and a hairbrush. I always use my hand first then finish with an implement except for the youngest as my hand is enough. My oldest girl (11) has progressed through all 3 all her spankings now are with the hairbrush, depending what she has done she can expect between 20-60 smacks on her bare bottom. The spoon is a lot lighter so better for 7-9 yrs but it still stings like a wildfire The slipper isn't as severe as the spoon but still stings well. |
