At our daughters co op Christian school 3 days one week, 2 the next, the policy is clearly defined and adhered to.
If a paddling is necessary boy or girl, but not a serious infraction then it is in front of the room, bent over and 3-5 swats applied accordingly. If it’s a more serious problem then it’s to the room near the administrative office where the girl is instructed to remove her shoes,socks,etc and panties. Then bend over the table and pull her skirt/ dress up over her back. The paddling is administered by the assistant principal and a female teacher who is her instructor.
Immediately after the paddling a email is sent to the parents regarding what happened and the consequences. The parents are required to respond back to the email acknowledging receipt. Obviously, after she gets home there is usually a double dose of what she received at school, but usually totally bare.
