What are some films you remember and enjoy that had family discipline? either watching with your folks as a kid, ot with ur kids now or own your own?

First one, Matilda. I know it was only a spanking THREAT but she handled it beautifully slamming door in her her dad's face. I do wish she had used magic to spank him instead with his belt though lol

But and I KNOW I cant be alone here, anyone else ever think about Miss Trunchbowl using her weight training leather belt to spank them if instead of goin in the chokey? LOL

Theres an interesting scene in True Grit the western, during the end credits of the bad seed theres a cute scene. its on youtube.

OH in A Christmas Story im sure the mom spanked but they didnt say she did, but Ralphie ive talked about it before gets his mouth washed out for the F word lol and then makes up this sad tale of going blind cos of it as an old man
