From the perspective of a boy who was spanked (bare hand and belt) often growing up, and always disciplined while fully clothed, I agree that full nudity would've been much a more natural and effective aspect of my punishments.

I don't necessarily see it as a form of humiliation added to the punishment, because as a nudist as well, I believe our nude bodies are beautiful creations to never feel shame about.

However, the total exposure of the naked boy or girl is an effective aspect to discipline, since we are more vulnerable and exposed, and in ways, our truer selves when we're totally nude.
