 I am required to strip completely naked for my spankings. My dad said it's meant to be humbling and to help put me in the right state of mind to accept discipline. And in a way, it kind of makes sense to me. Mentally, it does feel different.

It used to be pretty embarrassing for me, but I'm so used to it now that it feels totally normal. My dad has seen me naked so many times now that I don't feel the slightest bit of embarrassment anymore at having to strip for a spanking. If anything, I'm much more focused on the pain that's about to come.
