Subject: UPDATED REUNION REGISTRATION FORMS WITH NEW SECURITY REQUIREMENT

Hello to all.

I have had to modify the 2018 reunion registration forms, specifically the base access form, due to requirements that have come directly from the 355th Security Forces Squadron Pass & ID Section.

THIS IS NOT A SCAM! IT IS A SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT OF DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE!!!

“Guests must use their LEGAL information. Nicknames, missing information or incorrect information are not authorized. People will be removed from the list due to not providing valid information for entry onto a Federal installation. List all personnel who require base access. Only use LEGAL personal information (i.e. Legal name, DOB, SSN and DL# or passport, for individuals 18 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 18 only need to be listed by name and DOB.” Country of citizenship is also required.

I have uploaded the entire registration package with the new security form included to the VSPA Group page on Facebook. I have also sent the new forms to Don Poss who will post them on the web site and send a mass email.

For those of you who have already registered with the Reunion BRAT, print the new security form and mail it to the Reunion BRAT or call the Reunion BRAT with the additional information (SSN and country of citizenship). Instructions are included in the updated package. Thank you for your understanding that this is the Air Force and we are their guests.
