The bases that have coordinators have had at least ten people at their tables in the past, including family members. Units may combine, but that will have to be done prior to the night of the banquet in order to reserve a table. If you volunteer to coordinate a table for those who served in Thailand as a group rather than individual bases, you can begin the coordination process which will require contacting people, taking names of those registered for the reunion and providing the table reservation information to the Reunion BRAT on a special form. Those forms have not been distributed yet. The existing coordinators have been posting requests for people to contact them via email for their specific bases. You may do that on this bulletin board on in the private VSPA Group on Facebook. If you would like to be a coordinator, please contact me.
