Subject: Rick Holstein's Wife Darlene's passing

First of all I would like to thank Tony Morris for his posting of Rick's Wife's passing on Wednesday . I spoke with Rick this afternoon and he very much wanted the VSPA to be informed about Darlene's death .Rick told me ,"that Darlene now walks in Beauty and in Joy, as she Crossed over on Monday Morning at 6:30 AM .Rick also said that ,"It's the will of the Great Spirit and that he had the Honor of being there with Darlene as she took her last breath and a smile came over her face as she crossed over".Rick also told me that all thoughts and prayers would be appreciated .He told me that he has alot of support from the recovery community where he lives in Illinois and also from the Native American Community there as well .Rick & Darlene were married on Aug. 22nd 1998 and that they were together a year and a half before that .They have a son Nicholas who is nineteen or twenty years old.
