Why is arguing so loathed? Is it just part of getting old that we fear being in dispute with another? Jesus, we all need to grow a pair and not be so concerned about conflicting ideas. Let everyone speak their mind and defend their right to do so. We are all different and should be able to express our ideas and endure criticism. The resulting tension and conflict is the precise mechanism with which we arrive at the best ideas. For my money this group does not express themselves as they should. We shouldn't place "We take care of our own" above "I stand for the principles of our Constitution". We'll all be dead soon enough and then there will be no conflict to endure. Express yourself without fear. This is the only life we will ever have. Use it up.
