Subject: Okay - we'll have NO MORE OF THIS!!!!
In reply to: Zoey's Mom 's message, "Re: Well, I would like to move in with either one of you!" on 11:47:46 02/17/02 Sun

I have decided (after my very looong post to Lisa's thread below) that it is time for me to begin taking my own advise :( I am soooo sad, I like to be able to eat what I like, when I want but I think I have hit "that age" where I can no longer do that easily :(((( so I have to think low fat, low cal, cut down the salt.... all those things that make life *taste so good* .....it is all VERY sad IMO!!! Also I need to get more exercise (that bit I don't mind so long as it's something enjoyable like walking or perhaps swimming) but the food thing - hmpfff!

So perhaps we should have all high cal, scrummy recipes posted in the reply line with the words ***Diet Spoiler*** attached (to help save me from myself LOL (or should that be *Lifestyle change spoiler* maybe?

So c'mon ladies - share you most tasty low cal but tasty, simple meal ideas with me to help inspire me to stick with this desired change. Little does hubby know it but he's headed for a change of diet as well. The chocolate cream pie will just have to wait till I am Really Ready for (and deserve a Very Special treat. :(
