A few pics from our day out yesterday.

This one is Daniel looking into part of the prideland area



This is a (not too wonderful shot sorry) of a native bird (North Island Kaka) feeding in Nikau palm (which I believe is the worlds most southern growing palm). In our zoos Glade New Zealand avairy - nice spot, like a little slice of the rainforests we have out here in Waitakere. I met some nice Canadian folks in there. :)

and this one just cause I liked it very much and was rather pleased with myself. My digital is very basic but I would like this shot no matter what camera I took it on. :) Ellie... you might like to do the honours on this one... ex Australian resident if I'm not mistaken. ;-)
