I'm assuming you are using optus webmail. It does allow attachments (for you to attach the pictures of Riley and Maggie to an e-mail and forward them on to anyone who you have an address for)...BUT...it does not allow those who don't have an account to get in to the help section and see how you do it. *sigh* and LOL!!!

These folks should be able to help. Just click on the link and it will tell you how to contact your help desk at Optus. Tell them you want information on how to send an attachment via webmail.
