Nothing so prolific as spring but I will be sure and post when the days start to get shorter so that you can be sure that the sun is on it's way back north, I don't mind sharing at all. :) I will look for some recipes for you, I've been trying to find the recipe for the choc. pudd I promised further down the page (the book has escaped - I swear thy get little feet on at night and run away!). What do you like in the way of dressings? I'm pretty much an olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and herb person - not really into mayo's at all (hubby is and loves the condensed sweetened milk version which is an old traditional dressing here), I am a cheese sauce lover for hot veg though! If I run across something that sounds good I'll post it even if I haven't tried it but let me know what you particularly like - creamy, oily, thick, thin etc.

I'm hungry now!!! Oh no!
