Subject: clipped poodle

Didn't really want to clip Barney-my min.poodle because the weather is so cold but his hair was getting too hard to manage-he will have to wear his little coat outdoors for the next few weeks..as usual Tadpole the chich/Jack russel mix rolled on the floor and tried all kinds of antics for 2 hours while I groomed Barney..it's so funny when he does his jealous act.Brandi my big german shep/border collie mix
used to ge nervouse when she saw me grooming but now she knows I am not killing her buddy.A german vet who lives in our area has a pure bred "appenseller"apparently a german breed that is identical in every way to my mix breed Brandi.One day while walking in the summer time ther was a group of German people eating at a sidewalk cafe and all I could make out was "appenseller..hmm" I felt like saying no Appenseller..german shep mix.Her colors are absolutely beautiful and the German vet bought me a magazine all about appensellers and Brandi fulfills every requirement except I know her real breed.All three are rescue dogs who bring me so much happiness and good companionship.I am so thankful for them.Just had to share my love for them with you!Hugs all..Tina
