I found some today and will type them up tomorrow or Monday. For the oil dressing though there is no actual recipe as such - just make to taste (well, that's how I've always done it, LOL). Take a bit of olive oil, a little lemon juice, a smidgen of garlic and maybe a few fresh herbs - shake and apply..... YUMMY! Give it a go!!! :)))
