I make exactly that for Daniel sometimes - yorkshire pud batter with chunks of sausage added to it... he loves it :) so does Andrew (too stodgy for me but I'll nibble on it). It's a great "throw whatever you like and plonk it in the oven" type of dish. :))

Patting you back re. the wheat intolerence - that's no fun. :( Sympathy!!
