Foray 48B and apparently it contains an organism called Btk which they claim only affects caterpillars of butterflies and moths. (Course they couldn't do anything simple like get rid of the wasps instead now could they?!). If you find anything on it that would be great, they intend to begin spraying as soon as the weather allows (so I guess I'll put up with the rain for a bit maybe. ;)
