In reply to: Kris 's message, "What kind of stuff were you looking for?" on 05:45:40 01/19/02 Sat

heheheheheheheheheeeee!!! Couldn't resist!

Okay, what am I looking for? Things to 'fill in the chinks'. Stuff like worksheets and lesson plans that can be used to fill in the end of the week if we're done with other stuff or can be pulled out as a 'quicky' type "Here do this" during a time slot that I may not be able to be very hands on so to speak. I have two good sites for maths revision sheets so that's under control but science stuff would be good (there is a site that I've only just remembered that I can check for that on though). I'm always interested in history and social studies type stuff, I can build units to fit around anything particularly good. Spelling... he really needs to work on his spelling and since he likes crosswords I'd like to find some sites which might have printable versions, they're also something he can do in the car or out and about etc. This years focus is going to be improving his spelling, learning basic algebra (groan... but Melissa did once offer to help with that :) and learning how to express himself better with the written word (hee, hee.... hey Ellie!).

Any links you want to pass on Kris I will check them out with much gratitude!
