Gentle Facial Scrub

3 tbsp of (skinless) ground almonds
3 tbsp of medium oatmeal
3 tbsp of powdered milk
2 tbsp of powdered rosepetals (you can use your own and grind them in a coffee grinder or m&p so long as they are totally organic)

Mix all the above together and store in a lidded glass jar. Mix a small amount with some almond oil to use and apply with very light circular motions. Rinse off with warm water and pat your face dry.
