same here Monika. The other morning tho, after being woken up around 3am after only 3 hours or so of sleep, I gave up at 5.30 or so and got up. It was actually really nice, all quiet, slumbering dogs, birdsong, me time but that's a total exception to the rule for me.... unless I'm changing that is. Do your sleep patterns change as you get older? (A general question directed at anyone reading this in the know - not meant specifically for you Monika, ;) Someone suggested to me that they do but I think I shrugged it off with the attitude of "Old, who? Me?!" LOL.... happens to everyone year in and year out... perhaps I'd best get prepared. :)
