I thought we'd pool for tips here too... it is a long flight! Now I'd be alright if I had a computer hook up, LOL... I could just sit there and chat with you guys all day long. :) I'd say mainly make sure you wear comfortable clothes that are easy to pop on or off (now that sounds highly rude doesn't it but you know what I mean right? ;), comfy, flat shoes. Take a selection of reading material, some small snacks just in case, maybe a toothbrush and flannel to freshen up with at some point, ditto with doederent, comb - things like that... it's an entire day after all and these are things you use on a daily basis so I think you'd feel better for having them with you.

I'm not sure what else but I'm sure you'll be fine so long as flying doesn't make you nervous at all, if you think it might then it might be good to take along a little rescue remedy. Another thought - maybe a small cassett player, some cheap headphones and favourite tapes... possibly a good way to tune out if there are any noisy kids sitting close by. :)
