Just joking, but I got your attention......

I have not gained weight in 2.5 years but I have not lost any either, I am fat as hell to.

But I stopped eating dinner a few months ago, and I felt really good. I ate a nice lunch and than nothing for dinner... also maybe you could pick up the excersies by walking the dogs more??????
