I gave up on the bell (it annoyed Doug)but taught him to sit a certain place to go potty. It didn't take long for "The Noodle" to learn that this particular action got him out the door and into the world of wonderful smells, ABOUT EVERY FLIPPIN' FIVE MINUTES! Unlike you I had the luxury of throwing open the door these past couple of months, but prior to that boxer mom was highly annoyed! I had a big old helpful discussion with the "Swarmi" on this problem. She assured me little Spood could hold out longer than five minutes at his age *LOL* and she was right! I'm still a sucker to that woeful stare, but if I'm busy and know the little turd has been out, I'll ask him to politely down stay on the sofa, or bed, or somewhere else comfy while I go about my business.

Boxers...gotta love 'em, right?
