The seller is still living in the house (and not moving a thing out - yes, I keep checking!). I don't think he'd enjoy me snapping away just yet. Besides, there are a few things that need shaping up on the outside. I guess his ex-wife has some things growing somewhere. She's offered to give me a list of what's planted where. Very considerate. I will take all the help I can get. What I really want is an herb garded. Tired of all those dried, bottled things...
