Pasta Primavera
[best served with Fettuccine, Linguine, vermicelli, angel hair or spaghetti]
8 tbls olive oil
3 1/2 cups vegetables of your choice [diced, chopped, sliced or can use frozen veggies]
1 tbls finely chopped garlic [or more to taste]
2 tbls Italian herbs

Sauge garlic in olive oil and add herbs. Stir in vegetables, cook until veggies are crispy tender. Stir in pasta. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste

Tagliatelle and Chicken
[Tagliatelle or egg noodles are best]
4 large or 6 small pieces of boned chicken cut into chunks [white or dark meat will work here]
2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
2 tbls Italian seasoning
2 tbls Parsley
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste

Bake or saute chicken in olive oil with garlic and seasoning until done. Pour chicken over freshly cooked pasta and serve hot. For variety add sauteed mushrooms and/or bell pepper pieces.

More later if anyone wants to see them. I have many, many recipes for pasta sauces.
