Last summer I think is when they did it so less than a year ago. It is an awkward road to do anything much with but they spent many thousands of dollars trying to reduce speed and improve safety. To an extent it has worked and I just have to chalk this up to a freak, one off (please God!!!) accident due in part to speed and in part to mechanical failure.

Thanks for the suggestion though. :)
