I use a 12oz can for a smallish ham. But you can just eyeball it. For the last 30 min if the gravy looks extra thick just stir in some more coke. You will need a little more for a fresh ham, less for a canned ham.

Sorry I can't be more specific but if you start with a can, and it looks like a little spot in the bottom of the pan, just add more!!!!! =:o)
