I know you're good at cutting corners.......you just have to cut a couple more! Boy do I know that feeling of having bought one....and not yet sold the other - scarey. Then there is the scenario...you sell quickly and can't get into the other one yet. That happened to us once and we had to live in a nasty motel for 9 weeks and put everything into storage. Lucky us, we got to "move" all our possessions twice!
But I'm excited for you.
