House buying and selling is one of the most stressful things we go through. I was getting a little looney the last time we did it........we couldn't sell the house we were in. That had *never* happened to us before. Before that we had sold 3 homes and 2 weeks was the longest time on the market.

This last house was the nicest house we ever lived in......but I was so miserable there and it took us 4 lonnnggg months to find a buyer. I hated that house and have never missed it (even if it was really nice - it had crickets!)

I know the banks and mortgage companies can be rough - worse than "Big Brother," more like "Big Parents". They are trying to keep you out of trouble. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Is your present house on the market yet?
