I take a walk around the block at home and the building at work.

B&B...nope, not bed and breakfast (although that's a darned good idea), but Brahms and Beethoven. I usually listen to the 4th (written when Brahms was dying of cancer and knew it) and Moonlight (the most humble prayer I've ever heard...and that from a man who was going deaf). It always gets my priorities back in order. I'm not dying of cancer and saying goodbye (at least not yet) and not loosing the ability to do the things most integral to me. The two gentlemen straighten me out quickly and make me realize things aren't quite so bad after all. Classical pep talk.

Calgon, take me away!!! Scented, hot baths.

Beat up a pillow or two and then generally end up cracking up at my foolishness (laughter blows out stress faster than anything).

Talk it out with a trusted friend or family member.

Garden, always puts me back on track.

Play with Sass and Ginger.
