that the "new" XFiles is at least given a chance. I miss having the chemistry between Mulder and Scully--even if it is being hinted at. However, there is a good story line being developed and is just starting to get going (IMHO) that is really XFile in nature.

As for Star Wars, Phantom Menace 1, I did watch and to be honest was glad to see that FOX put on a family show at a decent time for younger kids. It always irked me that the stations would put on a good show but start it at 8:00 or so which meant that it was done at 10 which was way past bedtimes.

As for sweeps week, it never fails to amuse me that they run this when we are stuck watching multiple stations showing football games. Let's be real here--I'm sure there are some women who watch but more that don't. How accurate can sweeps be with that crap on? It's just one more way that the male viewing habits give a false indication of the total television viewing habits by leaving out the female point of view. In houses with one tv, I'd guess that football is on and the female of the house is out shopping!
