This really sounds just like more of the same. The starting date always seems to remain six to nine months in the future. Seems like that back in September they were going to start shooting in June; now that it's March, they're going to start shooting in December. My guess is, by August, they'll have moved the start date 'til April.
While I totally agree that DD is "still hunky" I really think his future in the movie business is going to be more in the areas of writing and directing, not acting. All his acting movie projects over the past few years have either stalled out (XF2 and "My Dark Places") or been box office bombs ("Connie and Carla") but I'm already hearing good things about "House of D" the movie he wrote and directed that is set to debut next month.
