Scully leans forward and reaches between the soft silk of her blouse to pull out a small black box, two out of 8 lights bright. She smiles.

"Thats where we started Mayor, again your right. KS did get bored she has just passed check point one."

The mayor looks at her watch, "we have lots of time, did I tell you about the time she and her sister tried to invade Canada?"

"Many times, but it deserves another....go ahead" Scully laughs.....

As KM recites the events of the kande sisters follies, another problem is brewing in the township of Shipperville. At kandes klub Bubba lights match after match as kande counts the nights reciepts.

"....damn city power.......freakin communistic government.....sittin' here in the dark....paid my light bill.......idiots......" she mutters as she counts the rootbeer smelling paper. Suddenly the windows burst open and a cold wind blows out Bubba's candle.....
