JD walks into the dining room to see many small critters scurrying over the hard wood floors.

"HELP ME" a scared voice is heard from above. Looking upward JD see's Melissa glutched on to the chandalier, it swinging slowly back and forth.

"What are you doing up there and why are all of KS's experiments out of their cages? KS is going to raise holly hell when she see's this!"

"JUST CALL THEM OFF" Melissa screams.

The creatures make a circle below Melissa and begin to chatter.

"THEY WANT TO KILL ME"

"Yes, they do....looks like KS's latest experiment is a success, she will be pleased." with a laugh JD starts to herd the critters into the hall then into the study, he closes the door tightly.

"It's safe, you can get down now"

Melissa climbs down and lands squarely in JD's lap. Her fear turns to something else and she smiles sweetly, "thank you so much for saving me.....I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't come by." she runs her finger up his chest and stops on his chin. "your such a strong man. Wanna fool around?"

"Now? Don't you have any idea what day this is? It's halloween! Shippervillians will be here soon for the annual party, KS always has the best tricks"

"KS isn't here anymore....but we are"

JD stands up, Melissa falls to the floor. "Look Melissa, I don't know what you have planned for living here but from what I understood from the Mayors well thought out and well executed plan, you have to be ready for the tricksters"

Melissa crosses her arms defiantly, "NO, I WON"T DO IT"

"yes you will, or I will open the study door and let you take care of the critters feeding time.....they miss KS you know"

"but they HATE me!"

JD smiles, "Yup, the experiment worked. Now I suggest you get ready to PARTY"

Melissa begrudgingly gets up and heads down the stairs to the lab.

"I will show KS who throws the best tricks on Halloween night. By midnight, JD will be MINE"

"I can still hear you you know" JD growls.
